What started as a simple auto insurance quote somehow turned into multiple policy revisions, coverage comparisons, underwriting questions, renters insurance, and more than a few changes on my end. Through all of it, she remained patient, professional, and incredibly helpful.

I especially appreciated that she stayed with me well after normal business hours to make sure everything was completed correctly. I started my quote around 4:30 PM and we didn’t finish until after 6:30 PM, yet she never made me feel rushed.

As a former insurance agent myself, I know I probably wasn’t the easiest customer today. 😅 I had a very specific budget and coverage structure in mind, which meant asking her to remove several optional coverages and rerun numbers more than once. She handled every change with professionalism and made sure I understood my options without pressuring me.

In the end, she helped me build a policy that fit my family’s needs and budget, and I truly appreciate the time and effort she invested to get everything right.
